c. 1960 Madame Grès Haute Couture chocolate hand-pleated jersey dress. Rare light brown sleeveless jersey dress with asymmetrical deconstructed pleated skirting and hand-pleated bustier, featuring two drape panels at shoulders that drape from front to back. Built-in padded bra cups. Concealed hook-and-eye and snap closures at side. In very good vintage condition with light wear throughout; has been taken to couture cleaner and restored professionally.
