OVERVIEW:

We understand the fast-paced nature of the fashion industry and are pleased to offer these garments for your clients to try on a purchase basis. Please note that a 12% restocking fee will be applied to any item that leaves our archive. To ensure that every stylist gets fair options and timely fitting turnaround, we allow for a 48-hour fitting window unless a longer fit period is discussed prior to pulling. Any garment out after the 48-hour fitting window will be charged in full to the card on file. We charge a 4% per item per day late fee for late returns, based off of the purchase price of each garment.

TAILORING AND REPAIRS:

We do not allow any outside tailors or dry cleaners to work on our garments, including the use of pins during fittings. We have tailor clips available upon request to send to your fitting. If your garment is returned with any damage or holes, you will be responsible for purchasing the garment. If the item becomes damaged or soiled during your fitting, please return it to us for evaluation. Please do not send the garment to a dry cleaner or for repair without consulting us first. If the garment is returned in a different condition than we sent it, you will be responsible for the purchase of the garment.

HOURS AND LOCATION:

Stylists are responsible for pick-up and return to our location: 10800 Burbank Blvd. Unit G, North Hollywood, CA 91602 during our business hours Tuesday-Friday 10AM-5PM and Saturdays 10AM-2:00PM. If shipping a return, please send it to our P.O. Box as we do not have a doorman to receive packages outside of our business hours.
