TLDR
A Breakdown of our Pull Policies for Stylists:
- We do not allow rentals or loans.
- We allow stylists to try the items on their clients prior to purchasing.
- We charge a 12% Restocking Fee to fit, capped at a maximum fee of $2,500.00. The Restocking Fee applies to any purchase made, and is otherwise non-refundable.

- We allow for a 48-hour turnaround for fittings and charge 4% per piece (purchase price) per day late fee for late returns.
- Our hours of operations for pick-ups and returns are Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM from our Los Angeles based studio.
OVERVIEW
We understand the fast-paced nature of the fashion industry and are pleased to offer these garments for your clients to try. Please note that all of our garments are available for purchase-only, and we do not offer rentals. A 12%-Restocking Fee is assessed on any item that leaves our studio. To ensure every stylist has a fair opportunity to try their selects on their clients, we allow for a 48-hour fitting window (unless a longer fit period is discussed prior to pulling). Any garment out after the 48-hour fitting window will be charged in full to the card on file.
TAILORING AND CLEANING
We do not allow any outside tailors or dry cleaners to work on our garments, including the use of pins during fittings. We offer tailor clips (available upon request) to ensure the clothing does not get damages during fittings. If the garment is returned with any damage, holes, or alterations, the stylist will be responsible for purchasing the garment in full. We understand sometimes things happen, so, if the garment does become damaged or soiled during a fitting, please return it to us for evaluation. Do not send the garment to a dry cleaner or for repair without pre-approval from Tab Vintage. If the garment is returned in different condition than it was sent, the stylist will be responsible for purchase of the garment in full.
RETURN LOCATION AND HOURS
Stylists are responsible for pick-up and return to Tab Vintage. If shipping a return, please send it to our P.O. Box as we do not have a doorman to receive packages outside of our business hours.
