A/W 1996 Gianni Versace Couture olive knit mock neck gown. Sleeveless mock neck fitted gown with embellishments at turtleneck that create trompe l'oeil ribbed knit texture. Asymmetrical coverage at bust and semi-sheer mesh extending past interior slip create unique detailing. Concealed back zip closure. Fabric Contents: 71% Rayon, 15% Acetate and 14% Nylon blend. Rare dress as seen on the runway on supermodel Linda Evangelista, and photographed on Lisa Marie Presley by Mario Testino. In very good vintage condition with minor runs / snags in fabric near hemline (unnoticeable when worn).
