A/W 1992 Philippe Venet Haute Couture silk bias cut gown. Deep purple silk gown with two long strap ties that asymmetrical create bow drape strap. Features gathered bow tie detail at thigh on front and back side. Sleeveless gown with asymmetrical bias cut construction. Concealed side zip closure. As seen on display at the Hubert de Givenchy and Philippe Venet House in 2009 in Paris. In very good vintage condition with light wear throughout; has been taken to couture cleaner and arrives ready to wear.

Size unmarked; best fits size US 2 - 4 depending on desired fit due to bias cut construction.

Waist: 13" lying flat (26" when worn); up to 14.2" (28.4" when worn)
