A/W 2004 Maison Martin Margiela brown leather bomber jacket and trompe l'oeil hair motif dress - full look as seen in the lookbook (Look #10). Long sleeve brown 100% genuine leather bomber jacket made of reconstructed vintage leather jackets, featuring oversized bronze-tone front zip closure and stretch black ribbed knit detailing at wrists and sides. Note that sleeves of the jacket are extra long and black ribbed paneling can be cuffed as desired. Functional front flap pockets. Fabric Contents (Jacket): 100% Leather exterior with 50% Acetate and 50% Cotton lining.
Pairs with knee-length long sleeve scoop neck dress with trompe l'oeil 'hair' pattern. Dress has darting at chest with small "Real Hair" tag visible at shoulder. Margiela photographed an image of a model's hair and screenprinted it onto this dress. Full look as seen in the A/W 2004 Artisanal collection lookbook. Jacket is in very good vintage condition with light wear throughout interior and at hardware (wear at hardware is possibly a design feature). Dress is in excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note.
