Openwork crochet knit silk-cotton top with elbow-length sleeves and ruffle trim neckline pairs with matching tassel tie hat. Fabric Contents: 60% Cotton; 40% Viscose. Similar featured on the runway, and seen on Vivienne Westwood herself for portraits in New York. In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note.
