A/W 1995 Yves Saint Laurent Haute Couture strapless gown and velvet cape set. Black strapless sweetheart neckline drop waist bustier dress with boning at upper; contrasts with lower metallic turquoise blue skirting. Fitted taffeta skirt with full balloon flare at hemline and slight train. Concealed side zip closure. Pairs with black velvet long sleeve cape jacket with cocoon silhouette with interior matching turquoise blue taffeta lining. Rare one-of-one set as seen on the runway. In very good vintage condition with light wear throughout.
