A/W 1998 Gianni Versace 'barbed wire' embellished strap deep purple mini dress with black semi-sheer silk chiffon flutter and rhinestone details. Concealed side zip closure. Fully lined with purple lining. Fabric Contents: 95% Silk and 5% Glass (glass beaded detailing). As seen on the runway, 'barbed wire' details featured in the ad campaign, and photographed for the December 1998 issue of Vogue Italia. Additional 1.4" strap allotment at interior can be taken out as desired. In very good vintage condition with light spots at interior lining (unnoticeable when worn).
