S/S 2004 'Deliverance' Pre-Collection Alexander McQueen by Lee Alexander McQueen (Attributed) 'Americana' portrait print embellished chiffon dress. Spaghetti harness straps with pleated bustier featuring ruffle chiffon trim, handkerchief flutter hemline and low, semi-open back. Pin-up portrait faces printed throughout, with metallic sequin embellishments. Two button closures at side connect to straps draped across back. Unlabelled dress attributed to Alexander McQueen. In very good vintage condition with light wear at straps (possibly intentional due to design) and minor spots throughout, with re-stitched area at interior lining; has been taken to couture cleaner and arrives ready to wear. Provenance: runway sample from the Trino Verkade Collection, long time assistant of Alexander McQueen who inherited a large portion of the samples from the time she worked for him.

Best fits size US 2 - 6 depending on desired fit due to bias cut construction.

Hip: 16.2" lying flat (32.4" when worn); 21.6" (43.2" when worn)
